This project showcases a complete landscape transformation from the ground up. Located in Woodbury, Minnesota, this full-yard remodel began with the removal of everything: outdated decks, overgrown trees, patchy lawn, failing drainage, and worn-out rock beds. We stripped the entire exterior to reimagine the space as a modern, functional outdoor living retreat.
At the heart of the design is a large paver patio constructed with County Materials’ Discover Pavers in Majestic, accented by Elements Pavers in Reflection. A seamless hot tub area adds a luxurious touch, while natural steps lead to a sunken fire pit patio set beneath a hillside. This lower patio is anchored by a stunning Tribute split-face retaining wall, which also serves as a seat wall for guests.
To enhance nighttime ambiance and safety, we installed a full Kichler low-voltage lighting system—illuminating trees, rock beds, privacy evergreens, walkways, and patio transitions. New drainage systems ensure long-term durability, while vibrant plantings and decorative rock beds—sourced from Gerten’s Wholesale Supply—bring the space to life.
The finishing touch? A lush new lawn installed with fresh sod, tying the whole property together with a clean, vibrant finish.
