Located in the heart of Woodbury, MN, this full landscape remodel was completed in two carefully executed phases—delivering a cost-effective yet elevated transformation for a mature home in need of a refresh.
In Phase One, we tackled the hardscape. The existing raised patio and oversized step had aged beyond repair, so we demoed and rebuilt the space using County Materials Tribute split-face retaining wall block and Discover pavers in Majestic, accented with Elements 4×8 paver borders in Reflection. The landing and step were rebuilt with matching materials, topped with elegant bullnose coping for a smooth, modern finish.
Phase Two focused on softscape and curb appeal. We overhauled all existing rock beds with clean gray trap rock, then installed vibrant flowering shrubs and perennials—including magnolias, hydrangeas, and native bleeding hearts—creating a welcoming and seasonally colorful atmosphere around the home.
This project is a great example of how a smart, phased approach can revitalize a property with a balance of beauty, budget-consciousness, and functionality.
